The first incarnation of the characters in CGI was a 1994 celebrity campaign which had the characters interacting with celebrities on which M&Ms candy color is their favorite. Concurrent with 1995's blue M&M campaign, M&M's introduced second computer-animated "spokescandies" in their television commercials. The depiction and campaign of the M&M's were made by Will Vinton in 1995. Vinton previously created the clay-animated California Raisins in 1986. Around the time he worked on CGI projects, he made the depiction of the M&M's as more mature than most food mascots.

I went here due to the number of good reviews about the Mexican food at this establishment. I knew I was in trouble when I noted that the chips come with salsa, guacamole and peanut sauce. Cold white rice with pureed tomatoes poured on top is not Mexican rice. Enchiladas in ranchera sauce that show up without the sauce are an insult. Delightfully though, although the menu listed kidney beans as the beans served, it arrived with Charros, so that was a nice touch. I found the food to be average if not less, and the restaurant overall quite a disappointment.

The two M’s in the name represented the last names of Forrest Mars and Bruce Murrie. At the time, Murrie was the son of the president of Hershey Chocolate. This partnership and company founding allowed Mars and Murrie to collaborate on this candy using Hershey’s chocolate and a delicious candy shell.
